Iran Scolded By Al-Qaidi

This is surreal,Iran being scolded by Al-Qaidi:
Al-Qaida has sent a message to the Iranian president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, asking him to stop spreading conspiracy theories about the 9/11 attacks.
Iranian media on Wednesday reported quotes from what appears to be an article published in the latest issue of the al-Qaida English language magazine, Inspire, which described Ahmadinejad's remarks over the 11 September attacks as "ridiculous".
In his UN general assembly speech last week, Ahmadinejad cast doubt over the official version of the 2001 attacks.
"The Iranian government has professed on the tongue of its president Ahmadinejad that it does not believe that al-Qaida was behind 9/11 but rather, the US government," the article said, according to Iranian media. "So we may ask the question: why would Iran ascribe to such a ridiculous belief that stands in the face of all logic and evidence?"
How extreme and how insane do you have to be,when another extreme and insane group has to call you back to reality.Pretty damn insane I would say.

Also,WTF! Al-Qaidi has it own magazine. Was Ossama sharing health and beauty secerts, giving consumer reports on the latest IEDs,WTF.I can only imagine what the centerfold was, either a goat or a young boy, knowing those perverts.

North Carolina Governor Wants To 'Suspend Elections'

From The Daily Caller:

As a way to solve the national debt crisis, North Carolina Democratic Gov. Beverly Perdue recommends suspending congressional elections for the next couple of years.
“I think we ought to suspend, perhaps, elections for Congress for two years and just tell them we won’t hold it against them, whatever decisions they make, to just let them help this country recover,” Perdue said at a rotary club event in Cary, North Carolina, according to the Raleigh News & Observer. “I really hope that someone can agree with me on that.”
Perdue said she thinks that temporarily halting elections would allow members of Congress to focus on the economy. “You have to have more ability from Congress, I think, to work together and to get over the partisan bickering and focus on fixing things,” Perdue said.

Hey,Bev,the reason we have a debt crisis to begin with,is because we have entrenched power in Washington that never leaves.Taking away the threat of elections would only encourage this bunch not detour them.

What we desperately need is term limits. We need to find away to send these people, who have found a career in public service, back into private life and out of our lives. Then maybe we could balance the budget.

Furthermore, not even,Dishonest Abe,suspended elections -he rigged them and suppressed voter turn-out,but to my knowledge he never suspended them.

Gov. Beverly Perdue needs to be either recalled or impeached from office for her anti-democratic ideals. No one should hold public trust when they in turn distrust the public.

'The Thrill Is Gone'

First it was the the debacle of losing NY-9 to the Republicans for the first time in 90 years and it fall-out.Then the suggestion from Obama's home town newspaper,The Chicago Tribune, that he not seek reelection. Now we get this,'Obama Fundraising Suffers Huge Drop-Off':
But a separate  Times article Saturday that said many small donors are hesitant to start giving to Obama again. And it’s no secret that even for Democrats, the thrill is gone.
The odds seem to be narrowing whether Obama will be the Dem nominee in 2012.

Obama's Jew Tax Rate

Just imagine if,Sarah Palin,Rush Limbaugh,or any conservative had said this, the MSM would be crying anti-semitism all over the place.

'Underscoring The Wisdom Of The Founding Fathers'

From The Other McCain:
Now, the Founding Fathers gave us a Constitution that at least affords us the chance for something better. They knew, having just crawled out from under an authoritarian thumb, that a similar leader could arise in these United States.

Couple of points:
Don’t make it personal, no matter how personal the Bad Man gets. BHO is symptomatic, but he is not the disease. Merely voting him out does less good than you’d think.

Keep in mind: the problems are economic.US energy policy sucks, the monetary policy sucks even more, and the entitlement mentality has sapped the American zest for liberty to an alarming degree. You’ve had a Presidential candidate tell the truth about Social Security in a very big way, and now he’s being thrown under the bus. Can Americans handle the truth?

I think the country is still half-awake. The growing awareness of what is wrong is there. What is lacking is the leadership and guts to take the pain of correcting the mess.

You cannot take a moderate approach to cancer; hence the disquiet with the smooth-talking blue-state RINO possibilities for President. They either give good concession speech to BHO’s second term, or continue to expand the federal government, to the detriment of liberty.

We must restrain this federal government, as the Founders would have it.
Amen!

Defining Patriotism Down

From Real Clear Politics:
"Things that are not life-threatening," Moore said on HBO's "Real Time" with host Bill Maher. "The reason why you have to wait sometimes in those countries is they let everybody in the line. We make 50 million people out of the line so the line is shorter, so sometimes you have to wait as long. If you are a patriotic American, you want every American to be covered the same as you. No, not 'I'm going to get ahead because I have health insurance and they don't,'" Michael Moore explained.
I just don't see how you can equate slinging your freedom away -which has been purchased dearly with the blood of true patriots- and standing in a communist style line for health care or anything, with patriotism. The men who braved the winter at Valley Forge,or stormed the beaches of Normandy, didn't face death so we could stand in line for anything!

Stop Talking About It,Morgan Freeman

From NewsBusters:

Morgan Freeman, in an interview to be aired on CNN Friday evening, says that President Obama has made racism worse in America.
Chatting with Piers Morgan, the Oscar-winning actor also blames the Tea Party saying they're "going to do whatever [they] can to get this black man outta here”
What ever happened to "stop talking about" race,Mr. Freeman:

I wont call you a Black man,Morgan Freeman, I'll just call you a hypocrite.

Please see a previous post,Stop Talking About It.

Texas School Intolerent Of Boys View On Homosexuality

From Fox News:

Dakota was in a German class at the high school when the conversation shifted to religion and homosexuality in Germany. At some point during the conversation, he turned to a friend and said that he was a Christian and “being a homosexual is wrong.”

“It wasn’t directed to anyone except my friend who was sitting behind me,” Dakota told Fox. “I guess [the teacher] heard me. He started yelling. He told me he was going to write me an infraction and send me to the office.”

Dakota was sentenced to one day in-school suspension – and two days of full suspension. His mother was flabbergasted, noting that her son had a spotless record, was an honor student, volunteered at his church and played on the school football team.
One of our "natural" and "inalienable rights" is the right of conscience. The whole 1st amendment is rooted and grounded in this fundamental right. We all have a right to be governed by our own conscience and to state openly in public, without fear of reprisal, what those convictions are,as long as we don't infringe on others "inalienable rights."

Dakota, has every right to judge homosexuality as morally wrong.By personally judging something as morally wrong,he or anyone else is not infringing on anyones right to engage in such deviant behavior or supporting such deviant behavior.

Tolerance is a 2 way street, maybe the radical homosexual left should practice it sometimes.

Where 3 Or More Our Gathered In Jesus Name And Be Fined $300

From CBS Los Angeles:
An Orange County couple has been ordered to stop holding a Bible study in their home on the grounds that the meeting violates a city ordinance as a “church” and not as a private gathering.
Homeowners Chuck and Stephanie Fromm, of San Juan Capistrano, were fined $300 earlier this month for holding what city officials called “a regular gathering of more than three people”.
This is absurd! What right has any government -whether its is federal, state,or local- to tell me or anyone else, how many people we allow in our homes at any time and tell us what we can and can not do inside them? ITS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS!

Furthermore, what about this couple's 1st Amendment rights? I thought we had the "free exercise" to practice our religion anywhere, most especially in our own homes.Oh,I forgot we are no longer governed by the Constitution, but by a bureaucratic state,my apologizes.

This is just more evidence of how little regard our governments have for constitutional liberty.

'Joe McGinness,Democrats,And Other Paassive Aggressive Racists'

From The Pagan Temple:
Liberals
McGinness and his defenders say more about themselves than they do the Tea Party or for that matter about Palin. Why should they assume conservatives should be so up in arms at the idea Palin might have had a brief fling with a black man? This is the most obvious sign of racist projection I have ever seen, and for Democrats that's saying something.

This is a party that promoted and defended slavery, and then Jim Crow, and who to this day think of the black race as a group of people who are so inferior they require the beneficence of the federal government to protect them and even to support them. Taken to its natural extreme, it won't be long before the feds start sending government employees out to all the government housing projects to cook their meals, clean their houses, and wash their clothes, with the taxpayer picking up the tab.

Liberals have always been the real racists. They are the ones who believe that African-Americans are so inferior that they can't take care or support themselves, not conservatives.

Tony Bennett Has Left His Mind In San Francisco

Tony Bennett, said this,in a interview on the Howard Stern Show:
“But who are the terrorists? Are we the terrorists or are they the terrorists? Two wrongs don’t make a right,” Bennett said.
In a soft-spoken voice, the singer disagreed with Stern’s premise that 9/11 terrorists’ actions led to U.S. military involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan.
“They flew the plane in, but we caused it,” Bennett responded. “Because we were bombing them and they told us to stop.”
Tony Bennett, you have broke my heart. You are a great singer, but you are a boob where Islamic terrorism is concerned.

Yes,Tony, its all are fault. We should have never protected a Muslim country,Saudi Arabia and liberated another Muslim country,Kuwait, from Saddam Hussein. We should have never gone into Somali,so that defenceless Muslim's would not starve at the hands of thugs. We should have never bombed Serbia on behalf of Muslim's there. We should have never bombed Iraq in the 90's,because Saddam Hussein was killing Muslim-Kurds in violation of a no fly zone.Yes,by protecting Muslim's we caused 9/11,please.

Furthermore,it wasn't until after 9/11 that George W. Bush invaded Afghanistan and Iraq,or bombed anyone. If 9-11 was a response to our bombing, then it must be Bill Clinton fault not W's.

Thank you,Tony Bennett, for putting the blame for 9/11 were it belongs,at the feet of Bill Clinton!

'Liberals Vow To Challege Obama In Democratic Primaries'

From The Washington Times:

In search of candidates, Mr. Nader and the others sent out a letter, endorsed by 45 “distinguished leaders,”to elected officials, civic leaders, academics and members of the progressive community who specialize among other things in labor, poverty, military and foreign policy. The list, they said, also includes progressive Democrats who have held national and state office and have fought for progressive reforms.
These are far left radicals and really doesn't change the odds that Obama will be replaced at the head of the Democratic ticket in 2012,but it is continueing evidence that the natives are getting restless and fear they may recieve a thrashing next year.

'Quote Of The Day: George Will On Obama'

Via Robert Costa:

“He went to Massachusetts to campaign against Scott Brown; Brown is now a senator. He went to New Jersey to campaign against Chris Christie, who’s now governor. He went to Virginia to campaign against Bob McDonnell, who’s now governor. He campaigned for the health-care plan extensively, it became less popular. He campaigned in 2010 for the Democrats, they were shellacked. He began, in a sense, his presidency flying to Copenhagen to get Chicago the Olympics; Chicago was the first city eliminated. There is no evidence that the man has the rhetorical powers that he is relying on.” — Columnist George F. Will, speaking on ABC’s This Week.

Obama's Hometown Newspaper Urges Him Not To Seek Reelection!

From the Chicago Tribune:
The vultures are starting to circle. Former White House spokesman Bill Burton said that unless Obama can rally the Democratic base, which is disillusioned with him, "it's going to be impossible for the president to win." Democratic consultant James Carville had one word of advice for Obama: "Panic."

But there is good news for the president. I checked the Constitution, and he is under no compulsion to run for re-election. He can scrap the campaign, bag the fundraising calls and never watch another Republican debate as long as he's willing to vacate the premises by Jan. 20, 2013.

That might be the sensible thing to do. It's hard for a president to win a second term when unemployment is painfully high. If the economy were in full rebound mode, Obama might win anyway. But it isn't, and it may fall into a second recession — in which case voters will decide his middle name is Hoover, not Hussein. Why not leave of his own volition instead of waiting to get the ax?

In the aftermath of the debacle in the NY-9 special election for the Dems,I would have given odds of 1/50 that Obama would step aside and let Hillary or someone else carry the torch in 2012.Still a long shot but in the range of probablity.

Now,that a major newspaper -no less than Obama's hometown newspaper, the Chicago Tribune- opens the question up of whether he should seek reelection or not,I would say those odds have narrowed to a 1/35 chance he may give up the chase.Still a long shot, but now its a open question to ponder.

It will be interesting to see if this has legs and others in the MSM begin to ask the question: "should Obama run,or not.

The Stars And Bars And The Star Of David

From The Richmond Times Dispatch:

"In general, people paint a broad brush about who the average Civil War soldier was. They see them as white, young men," said Andy Talkov, coordinator for the Virginia Historical Society's 150th anniversary exhibition, "An American Turning Point: The Civil War in Virginia."
"It turns out that Jewish people were very much involved in their community in the war, as were all the other non-Jewish communities. That's kind of the biggest revelation about Jewish people in the Civil War. … There were Jewish people who were slaveholders. There were Jewish people who owned property. They threw their lot in with the Confederacy like many of their white neighbors did."

Ron Paul Has An 'Old School' Endorsement

Barry Manilow, now I find out that Vince Vaughn is a supporter of the Good Doctor too.Good grief, has Hollywood gone and found its mind!

Tavis Smiley Wants To Know Where The Spoils Are?

Tavis Smiley:
"That's not hating on the President, it's defending your own flanks. And whatever happened to that notion that to the victor goes the spoils? If anybody ought to be looked out for, it ought to be the persons who represent the most significant and the most loyal part of the base. That would be African-Americans."

The Left in this country is no more than a bunch of maggots. They will feed off of this country until they kill it,then they will feed off our rotten corpse.

What ever happened to words like these, from JFK,an icon of liberals:

ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country.
My question is what are guys like Smiley DOING to make this nation great? Creating a permanent dependant class is not making this nation great, unless you define greatness by the size of our debt.

Barry Manilow Is A Ron Paul Supporter

Who saw this one coming,Barry Manilow a supporter of Ron Paul?:

Grammy award-winning musician Barry Manilow told The Daily Caller that he agrees with “just about everything” 2012 Republican presidential candidate Rep. Ron Paul says, calling him a “solid” contender for the highest office in the land.
“I like him. I like what he says, I do. I like what he says. I think he’s solid,” said Manilow, who confirmed to TheDC in an interview at the Capitol on Thursday that he contributed to Paul’s last campaign for president.
“I agree with just about everything he says. What can I tell you?” Manilow added.
I wouldn't head off to the Capanna just yet to celebrate though:
Manilow was also asked if he is satisfied with what the federal government has put forth in the health care law signed by President Obama in March 2010.
“I’m not sure yet. I’m not sure. I have work to do,” he said.
How can you say,"I agree with just about everything he (Ron Paul) says," then turn around and say your "not sure" whether you are satisfied with Obamacare or not?

Um,Barry,Ron Paul is not for the government takeover of anything, much less the whole health care system of the United States.

BTW,this will probably be the first and only time I will ever reference,Barry Manilow,in any topic on this blogs,so enjoy.I really can't stand his music.

Could Obama Not Be The Dem Nominee In 2012?

Andrew Breitbart:
Many Democrats are awakening to the reality that their party has been hijacked by a radicalism completely unfamiliar to their parents’ and grandparents’ Democratic Party.
An internal, partisan civil war is now brewing in that party. What I think tonight is less important than what Joe Lieberman, Bill Clinton, Evan Bayh, and the rest of the former, and now defunct, reasonable wing of the Democratic Party is thinking tonight.
The odds are still in Obama's favor, but those odds narrowed last night with the Dems losing the NY-9 special election, that he will be the party's nominee in 2012.If the Dems lose any significant portion of the Jewish vote, then it opens up the possibility that NY state could be competitive next year and the impossibility that the Dems can win in FL.With out the Children of Israel,a defeat next November may turn into a rout for Democrats.

BTW,you know the Democratic Party has gone extreme, when you can use both,Bill Clinton, and reasonable, in the same sentence.:p

The Cherokee Nation Banish African-Americans From Citizenship

From msnbc:

The reaction follows a letter the tribe received on Monday from BIA Assistant Secretary Larry Echo Hawk, who warned that the results of the September 24 Cherokee election for principal chief will not be recognized by the U.S. government if the ousted members, known to some as "Cherokee Freedmen," are not allowed to vote.
The dispute stems from the fact that some wealthy Cherokee owned black slaves who worked on their plantations in the South. By the 1830s, most of the tribe was forced to relocate to present-day Oklahoma, and many took their slaves with them. The so-called Freedmen are descendants of those slaves.
After the Civil War, in which the Cherokee fought for the South, a treaty was signed in 1866 guaranteeing tribal citizenship for the freed slaves.
The U.S. government said that the 1866 treaty between the Cherokee tribe and the U.S. government guaranteed that the slaves were tribal citizens, whether or not they had a Cherokee blood relation.
The African Americans lost their citizenship last month when the Cherokee Supreme Court voted to support the right of tribal members to change the tribe's constitution on citizenship matters.
If I go and sit inside a Burger King does that make me a Whopper?I didn't think so.Neither does it make these decendants of slaves a Cherokee Indian either.

"I'm 76 And Tired" Bill Cosby (Bogus Email)

Bill Cosby didn't say this, but he should have.

Via In the Spotlight:
”I’m 76. Except for brief period in the 50′s when I was doing my National Service, I’ve worked hard since I was 17. Except for some serious health challenges, I put in 50-hour weeks, and didn’t call in sick in nearly 40 years. I made a reasonable salary, but I didn’t inherit my job or my income, and I worked to get where I am. Given the economy, it looks as though retirement was a bad idea, and I’m tired. Very tired.
“I’m tired of being told that I have to “spread the wealth” to people who don’t have my work ethic. I’m tired of being told the government will take the money I earned, by force if necessary, and give it to people too lazy to earn it. “I’m tired of being told that Islam is a “Religion of Peace,” when every day I can read dozens of stories of Muslim men killing their rioting over some slight offense; of Muslims murdering Christian and Jews because they aren’t “believers”; of Muslims burning schools for girls; of Muslims stoning teenage rape victims to death for “adultery”; of Muslims mutilating the genitals of little girls; all in the name of Allah, because the Qur’an andShari’a law tells them to.
“I’m tired of being told that out of “tolerance for other cultures” we must let Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries use our oil money to fund mosques and mandrassa Islamic schools to preach hate in Australia, New Zealand, UK, America and Canada, while no one from these countries are allowed to fund a church, synagogue or religious school in Saudi Arabia or any other Arab country to teach love and tolerance.
“I’m tired of being told I must lower my living standard to fight global warming, which no one is allowed to debate.
“I’m tired of being told that drug addicts have a disease, and I must help support and treat them, and pay for the damage they do. Did a giant germ rush out of a dark alley, grab them, and stuff white powder up their noses or stick a needle in their arm while they tried to fight it off?
“I’m tired of hearing wealthy athletes, entertainers and politicians of all parties talking about innocent mistakes, stupid mistakes or youthful mistakes, when we all know they think their only mistake was getting caught. “I’m tired of people with a sense of entitlement, rich or poor. “I’m really tired of people who don’t take responsibility for their lives and actions. I’m tired of hearing them blame the government, or discrimination or big-whatever for their problems. “I’m also tired and fed up with seeing young men and women in their teens and early 20′s bedeck themselves in tattoos and face studs, thereby making themselves un-employable and claiming money from the Government.
“Yes, I’m damn tired. But I’m also glad to be 76. Because, mostly, I’m not going to have to see the worldthese people are making. I’m just sorry for my granddaughter and her children.
“Thank God I’m on the way out and not on the way in.”

'Fourth-Trimester Abortion'

Mark Steyn:
From the Court of Queen’s Bench (the appellate court) in Alberta:
The Wetaskiwin, Alta., woman convicted of infanticide for killing her newborn son, was given a three-year suspended sentence Friday by an Edmonton Court of Queen’s Bench judge.
Katrina Effert was 19 on April 13, 2005, when she secretly gave birth in her parents’ home, strangled the baby boy with her underwear and threw the body over a fence into a neighbour’s yard…
Effert will have to abide by conditions for the next three years but she won’t spend time behind bars for strangling her newborn son.
Indeed. As Judge Joanne Veit puts it:
“While many Canadians undoubtedly view abortion as a less than ideal solution to unprotected sex and unwanted pregnancy, they generally understand, accept and sympathize with the onerous demands pregnancy and childbirth exact from mothers, especially mothers without support,” she writes… “Naturally, Canadians are grieved by an infant’s death, especially at the hands of the infant’s mother, but Canadians also grieve for the mother.”
Gotcha. So a superior court judge in a relatively civilized jurisdiction is happy to extend the principles underlying legalized abortion in order to mitigate the killing of a legal person – that’s to say, someone who has managed to make it to the post-fetus stage. How long do those mitigating factors apply? I mean, “onerous demands”-wise, the first month of a newborn’s life is no picnic for the mother. How about six months in? The terrible twos?
Speaking of “onerous demands”, suppose you’re a “mother without support” who’s also got an elderly relative around with an “onerous” chronic condition also making inroads into your time?
And in what sense was Miss Effert a “mother without support”? She lived at home with her parents, who provided her with food and shelter. How smoothly the slick euphemisms – “accept and sympathize… onerous demands” – lubricate the slippery slope.

Francis Schaeffer, warned us this would happen:
I want to tell you, once you begin chipping away the medical profession... The intrinsic value of the human life is founded upon the Judeo-Christian concept that man is unique because he is made in the image of God, and not because he is well, strong, a consumer, a sex object or any other thing. That is where whatever compassion this country has is, and certainly it is far from perfect and has never been perfect. Nor out of the Reformation has there been a Golden Age, but whatever compassion there has ever been, it is rooted in the fact that our culture knows that man is unique, is made in the image of God. Take it away, and I just say gently, the stopper is out of the bathtub for all human life.

First their was abortion, then euthanasia, now this, infanticide.Who is next? The handicapped and the mentally retarded?

Jackie Kennedy Thought MLK A 'Terrible' Man

From ABC NEWS:
Speaking in the months after her husband's assassination, Jacqueline Kennedy was so upset with the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. that she told a friend and interviewer that she could barely look at images of him.
"I just can't see a picture of Martin Luther King without thinking, you know, that man's terrible," Mrs. Kennedy said, as part of an oral history series of interviews released this month.
The widowed first lady soured on King as a result of secret wiretaps arranged by FBI director J. Edgar Hoover. Hoover had told President Kennedy that King tried to arrange a sex party while in town for the March on Washington, and told Robert Kennedy that King had made derogatory comments during the president's funeral, Mrs. Kennedy recalled.

'Why Are Finland's Schools Sucessful'

Maybe Finland's sucess in education doesn't lie in its socialism or in its core curriculim, but rather its success lies in this statement from,Kari Louhivouri,a Finnish school principal:
“This is what we do every day, prepare kids for life.”
Maybe if we started to prepare children for life, rather than socially indoctorinating children,we could enjoy the same success.

This Is Really Sad

17 years ago,Monica Lewinsky, made headlines by having an adulterous affair with,President Bill Clinton.Now,17 years later, she is 'a social poriah',and 'is living the life of a near recluse.'Sad,so very sad.

But that's not what I found to be sad in her life, its this:
In March, MailOnline.com told how Monica is reportedly still in love with him and 'always will be'.
‘Monica still hasn’t got over Bill and would take him back in a second,’ a friend told the Enquirer.
‘She told me: “There will never be another man in my life that could make me as happy as he did".'

Miss Lewinsky, you are living a fool's dream.Bill Clinton used you for his own perverse sexual gratification,he treated you like a whore.Bill Clinton doesn't love you -in truth Bill Clinton doesn't love anyone but himself, but that's another story. You were just convenient to him, that's all, nothing more. You were just another woman in a long line that this sexual deviant has used and abused.

Monica, repent of your sins, surrender your life to Jesus Christ, and get on with your life and forget about this sorry excuse for a man, that's the only way you will ever find peace and happiness in this world.

"Crony Capitalism"

An excerpt from Sarah Palin's speech at Indianola,Iowa:

We sent a new class of leaders to D.C., but immediately the permanent political class tried to co-opt them – because the reality is we are governed by a permanent political class, until we change that. They talk endlessly about cutting government spending, and yet they keep spending more. They talk about massive unsustainable debt, and yet they keep incurring more. They spend, they print, they borrow, they spend more, and then they stick us with the bill. Then they pat their own backs, and they claim that they faced and “solved” the debt crisis that they got us in, but when we were humiliated in front of the world with our country’s first credit downgrade, they promptly went on vacation.
No, they don’t feel the same urgency that we do. But why should they? For them business is good; business is very good. Seven of the ten wealthiest counties are suburbs of Washington, D.C. Polls there actually – and usually I say polls, eh, they’re for strippers and cross country skiers – but polls in those parts show that some people there believe that the economy has actually improved. See, there may not be a recession in Georgetown, but there is in the rest of America.
Yeah, the permanent political class – they’re doing just fine. Ever notice how so many of them arrive in Washington, D.C. of modest means and then miraculously throughout the years they end up becoming very, very wealthy? Well, it’s because they derive power and their wealth from their access to our money – to taxpayer dollars. They use it to bail out their friends on Wall Street and their corporate cronies, and to reward campaign contributors, and to buy votes via earmarks. There is so much waste. And there is a name for this: It’s called corporate crony capitalism. This is not the capitalism of free men and free markets, of innovation and hard work and ethics, of sacrifice and of risk. No, this is the capitalism of connections and government bailouts and handouts, of waste and influence peddling and corporate welfare. This is the crony capitalism that destroyed Europe’s economies. It’s the collusion of big government and big business and big finance to the detriment of all the rest – to the little guys. It’s a slap in the face to our small business owners – the true entrepreneurs, the job creators accounting for 70% of the jobs in America, it’s you who own these small businesses, you’re the economic engine, but you don’t grease the wheels of government power.
So, do you want to know why the permanent political class doesn’t really want to cut any spending? Do you want to know why nothing ever really gets done? It’s because there’s nothing in it for them. They’ve got a lot of mouths to feed – a lot of corporate lobbyists and a lot of special interests that are counting on them to keep the good times and the money rolling along.
Read the whole speech or listen to it,its spot on.

Give Them An Inch And They Will Take A Mile

From The Washington Times:

With the official end of the U.S. military’s ban two weeks away, gay-rights activists are pressing the Pentagon for more than just the right to serve openly.
An underground group of gay personnel says it has won permission from at least two military branches to let it distribute its magazine, Outserve, on bases.
In addition, the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network, which led a long fight in Washington to repeal the ban, has written to Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta urging him to extend military housing and other benefits to the same-sex spouses of personnel.
This is just the tip of the iceberg, the homosexuals will not stop until they radically transform the military's culture with political correctness.I wonder how many Sargent's will be reprimanded just for using the term "ladies" in reference to their troop? How many soldiers and Marines will be court marshaled just because they used they word "faggot?"This and more awaits our military, all because they are allowing a group that doesn't measure more than 1% of the U.S. population to join their ranks.

This Is Really Crappy

As of right now -things may change,I don't know- Jerry Lewis will not be apart of MDA's Labor Day Telethon, which I find just crappy.

Jerry Lewis has been hosting this telethon for almost 50 years and has helped raise "more than $2 billion to fight degenerative neuromuscular diseases."

MDA needs to realize very quickly, that without,Jerry Lewis, most people wouldn't be aware of them, much less give them any money. They owe,Jerry, and they owe Jerry's kids,a chance to say good-bye,and shame on them if they don't.

Maureen Dowd's Disillusionment

Maureen Dowd:
Obama is still suffering from the Speech Illusion, the idea that he can come down from the mountain, read from a Teleprompter, cast a magic spell with his words and climb back up the mountain, while we scurry around and do what he proclaimed.
The days of spinning illusions in a Greek temple in a football stadium are done. The One is dancing on the edge of one term.
Ever meet a beautiful woman, someone you believed the sun and moon shined upon, only to find out later how dumb and lousy they really were?Well, this what is happening to Maureen Dowd and others on the left, they have awoke out of their dream to find themselves lying in bed next to Barack Obama and wondering,"how in the hell did I get here?"

Its what psychologist call disillusionment.Where you realize what you believed to be true, wasn't true at all, but a fantasy you projected onto someone or something else, that's disillusionment.

The left believed,Obama, was FDR and JFK all rolled into one,now they have been disillusioned to the fact that "The One" is nothing more than an empty suit and dumber than a box of rocks.

Conservatives shouldn't be illusioned by this either.None of these leftist will ever support a Republican no matter what.Unless Hillary or someone else rises to challenge Obama in the Democratic primary, they will stand by their man to the end.

Why I Fear Rick Perry

Conventional Wisdom holds that,Rick Perry,is a rube,a light-weight,who won't stand up well in the debates and will wilt and fade away as quickly as he came.Nothing can be farther from the truth.

If his past behavior is any indication, when Gov. Rick Perry debates his Republican rivals on September 7, he’ll treat them pretty ugly.

Although the Texan
refused to debate his Democratic opponent in last year’s election, his earlier performances show he loves a good fight.

Not that he comes out swinging. Rather, he loosens up over time. And when he’s at his most relaxed, he goes in for the kill.
Read the full article to see examples how Perry hands his opponents their head.

Rick Perry is a smart pro,a shark, that knows when to go in for the kill.Romney wont last long as a viable candidate against him, maybe a month or 2, before the establishment crowd will jump ship and swim to Perry's shore. If Sarah Palin waits to November to jump in,she might as well as stay at home,it will be too late by then.Rick Perry is a force to be reckoned with.

Obama Bows To Boehner's Wishes

From Sweetness & Light:
President Barack Obama has acceded to House Speaker John Boehner’s wishes
I have just one question.Where was this John Boehner,a month ago, when he and the rest of the Republicans caved and increased our debt limit?Well, lets make it 2 questions. Why does Speaker Boehner feel the need to stand up to Obama over a political debate ,that doesn't matter, that only polictal junkies will watch any way and not stand up to him over bringing our fiscal house in order, which our whole national survival depends? What kind of @$$-backwards logic is that?Sorry, that was 3 questions. :p
